The idea
Small buildings, a great deal of land
Three cabins set around a courtyard, each one a single glazed room with its own bath and its own cedar sauna. Outside each, a screened shower. In the middle, a fire pit, a long table and a pergola.
Nothing is connected to anything. Power comes off the roof, water comes out of the sky, and the four hundred acres around it are yours to walk for as long as you are here.

The cabins are under construction off site — charcoal lap siding, cedar soffits, cedar decks, and the sauna glazed so you can see the benches from outside. These are shop photographs; the setting above is where they are going.
